Pam's Soup

Ingredients
46-ounce can tomato juice
14 oz can hominy
14 oz can ranch beans with juice
2 cups frozen corn kernals
2 cups water
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon cilantro
1-2 cups chopped, cooked chicken or turkey (optional)

Preparation
Combine all ingredients and simmer over medium heat until warmed. This is also great for the slow cooker.

Serves 4-6
